Re: final script or is that overkill?

Hi Theo
Were you sending out that last script from last night, or are we pretty much good to go?
I think the only change from the printed script from Tuesday night was that we are all ringing the bowl when we're done speaking, then there's music, and when the music stops, the next person starts, correct?

This is a premise I have read in a few different books.  I definitely have found I eat less later in the day when I have a decent breakfast that includes adequate protein (egg, cheese) and some carbs.  It really works.

How getting up early gives you the advantage.
